MS Human Nutrition Program
The Master of Science in Human Nutrition is a 30-credit-hour program designed to prepare nutrition professionals to practice dietetics at an advanced level. The program develops research skills, fosters independent thought, and provides up-to-date knowledge in food and nutrition. I selected the Generalist track to obtain a comprehensive view of dietetics. However, applicants may also choose from the Community Nutrition or Clinical Nutrition concentrations for an in-depth study of their chosen area. The program is designed for Registered Dietitian Nutritionists (RDNs) and those pursuing the credential.
